I've always been changing my handphone casing as I can't seem to find a design that is really unique. Makes me feel like everyone on the street is every similar casing. BORING!

A Cocktail, The Healthier Way

Recently was at Chinatown running some errand and happen to came across this shop at People Park Centre on a super hot and humid day. 

It looks like a normal bubble tea/drink shop but something else caught my attention. What is it?

It's the "backdrop" of the bar. Filled with lots of different type of fruit essence. And here's the interesting thing, they do not use fruit syrup which bubble tea shop uses. They used fruit essence! What's the difference? Fruit syrup is mainly made out of sugar syrup or corn syrup to get the sweet taste, but for fruit essence it's the true real essence of the fruit which in another words, it's healthier!

By looking at the menu, I'm already spoilt for choices! So many type to choose from and so many that I wanna try. Some of the drinks here has more that just one taste. Thinking about what I've got? I've got a double tasting sensation~ I made up my mind with a Mango Builder from the creative brewed tea section with 2 double chocolate muffins.

Why did I say it's a double sensation? It's cuz I did not taste only mango, I tasted a light mint in it too! It gives a very refreshing feeling and the plus point is that it comes in a bottle. So no matter if you're taking away or having it in house, it still look so cute! Not to forget the unique shape of the bottle too :)

The muffins are sold in pairs, so you can have 2 different flavors of muffin in each order. Mine was both double chocolate as I'm a chocolate lover. Their muffin are non butter baked. This is interesting, I'm wondering how it turn out to be. But to my surprise, it was still as good as any other muffin out there without the butter. You could bring it home, heat it in our microwave and I'm sure it would still taste as good.

The interior of the shop was using a simple and clean color combination of blue and white. Very simple and clean, gives off a very calm feeling. Just like their slogan

Happy 5 Months Babyboy! ❤

Still remember when my friend first bought him to my place, he was only 6 weeks old. Upon putting him into his new home(cage), he was doing his happy hop. I was so happy to see him. It's been years since I had a pet. Time surely do flies, my babyboy is 5 months old already! 5 months ago my life was pretty messed up for me, emotionally. But whenever I came home, I would sit in front of his cage and sayang him. He then became my 开心果 (fruit of happiness? sorry, I couldn't find a totally make sense translation), whenever I see him I would let off a smile without realizing it.

When he first came to my place and he was only 6 weeks old.

When he reached 2 months old, he's no longer shy around. Climbing around everywhere. My house is really his house and I mean the whole house not just his cage. And by the time, my family also threw our attention onto him as though we had a new born baby at home.

His 3rd month at my place. After running around my room for quite some time, he decided to just take a nap in a corner of my room. At that point of time I was already complaining that he's very fat! It became my brother's habit to play with him everyday. They are so close that they even share a apple together. 

Dear brother if you see this, do note that you have never shared an apple with your beloved sister, me, before.

And this was just last month, when he was 4 months old. Fat like a fur ball already. All the funny name from my brother and boyfriend came about. Like fat fuck, furball, pubor and many many not very nice name. We didn't really give him a name as he was the only pet at home, and we got so used to just calling him "boy" Thinking of it makes me feel like a mother calling for her son.

And for now....

I'm so glad to have my babyboy in my life. He made life so much colorful and brighter. Always bringing a smile to my face no matter how playful or naughty he is. Partially I think my family and I spoil him, always letting him out running too often. But somehow, I like him this way!

Not forgetting, I wanna thank the one who brought me this fur ball of happiness. Thanks for letting me have this little rascal who brings joy to me and my family. Thank you! ❤

Late Night Massage @ Healing Thai Massage

Are you as mad as me and my friend, seeking somewhere to have a massage in the middle of the night at 1am where most of the shop are closed? If you are as mad as us, then here's a recommendation for you .

On a weekday and also the eve of a public holiday, after having a pretty long day, exam in the morning, meeting in the noon and evening it was super tiring. Seeing one of my close friend looking for somewhere to massage while heading back home, my eyes suddenly became super bright *bling bling*

Head home for a shower, did some research online and happen to find this place. Called up and luckily I was still able to get a slot for our appointment. The place was nice and if not for the road work right in front of the shop, it wouldn't be hard to locate as they are just along the road side. Just right at the corner next to a coffee shop. 

I took their Signature Thai Oil Massage. It was GOOD! I went in all tired and looking half dead, but when I came out I was all awake and fresh! Usually when I go for massage, I am so afraid of the pain/aching as I have a pretty aching body, especially my back. But no choice, have to go through the pain before I can feel better afterwards :( But at Healing Thai, I felt no pain! Totally no pain till I fell asleep. Their masseurs are all very experience, some even up to 20 years and more of experience. 

My masseurs got a shock when she touch my palm and sole of my feet as they were ice cold. She thought I was feeling cold and offered to turn off the aircon for me. But I told her I wasn't even feeling cold and it's normal for me to be this ice cold. She got shock. It's so nice of her to care about how her customer feels. She not only did her job by massaging, she was also worried that her customer (me) was not feeling comfortable. What caring staff they have. She said I was the one and only customer who has ice cold hands & feet but not feeling cold as her other customer when hands or feet are cold, they feel cold too. Now I feel like I'm not usual!

The Girl Who Controls The Fire

If you know me well, you would know very well I'm quite a camwhore. Gladly admitting it though not so much of it now. Comparing a year ago and now, the photos I take are so much lesser. 

Yesterday met up with Barry for a little talk regarding his new platform for business. When walking into the studio, this was what I saw. 

This was one of the shoot I've done with him. It was canvas printed and hanging on the wall of his studio! *shy*

Thinking back about how we did this shoot was really hilarious. It was a crash shoot. Called up the night before and the next night we're shooting already. How fast/efficient can we be? Haha. 

If you're thinking how we came about doing the shoot getting the fire ring effect in the picture. It's not photoshopped into it. It's a REAL FIRE RING! Now you're curious, aren't you? Here is how we did it.

Please do not try this without any safety precaution. 

Even during the shoot, I was afraid my back would get burned as my dress was rather bareback.

The shoot take place late at night in some alley behind Barry's studio in order for us to get the dark night/sky effect. How to have a studio totally dark while we play fire inside? So dangerous! Somemore we'll carry the risk of setting the place on fire. At the back alley of some random street still sound like a better idea :x

I'm happy the way the photo turn out! Though that was taken when I was still abit chubbier. Wonder how it would look if they were taken now, or during a time which I'm slimmer T.T

But still, I've got a sexy back

And a fabulous body curve 

*I'm just joking, I knew I lost my curve long ago T.T*

Don't play play ah, Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Game is "The Girl on Fire", but for me, I am "The Girl Who Controls The Fire"

Iron Man 3

Have you watched Iron Man 3?

I catch it a little late as I was having exams, and the shows were fully booked that I couldn't really get a good seat. But luckily, I didn't missed it. Get to watch it after my paper with my love, to let go abit since papers have ended. And what's better then a romance + action pack movie right after my exam right? Wohoo~

Iron Man 3 consist of characters from Iron Man 1 & 2, some characters make a come back. Who is it? I don't wanna be a spoiler so you've got to watch it and figure it out for yourself! Though the movie was long, about 2 hours & 10 minutes, I didn't find the movie draggy. Sorry, but I hate draggy movie. I will be like "don't waste my freaking time and show me something interesting"

A key characters to take note of when you watch Iron Man 3, you be be shocked when you discover his actual role in defeating Iron Man. 

And personally, I like this part. I mean it's cute seeing Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) sitting together with his body suit, isn't it? And the way the body suit is sitting, it's like saying "I'm the boss"

One last thing I observe from the movie, Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), has a wonderful body. She even has abs, and I mean seriously beautiful abs. Oh gosh, I really do wanna have that body but guess I'm just too lazy.

I would rate Iron Man 3: 4.5/5

Where did the 0.5 go to? 

 Storyline was expected but great action, especially the ending and of cause everything has space for improvement. 

So go catch Iron Man 3 at the nearest cinema if you have yet to do so especially if you love action pack movie!
